Fusion-CMG is headquartered at Montreal – the second largest city in Canada. The Canada operation has 250 work stations with more than 400 employees. Montreal, being Canada’s second most populous Metropolitan Area, offer skilled and experienced professionals in abundance. It is also the city where majority of the people speak French, followed by English. As a result, we get plenty of resources to offer our programs for inbound and outbound processes in different languages like English, French and also in Spanish and some other languages.

US Office:

The U.S. center of Fusion-CMG is located in Jersey City, in the state of New Jersey. Jersey City is the seat of Hudson County and is the second largest city in New Jersey after Newark. A multi-dimensional city, Jersey City is a commercial, industrial and manufacturing hub, a port of entry and a major transportation and distribution center. As a result, this center enjoys several strategic advantages.

India Office

Fusion-CMG has two branches in India; both are located in Kolkata – the ‘City of Joy’ as many may know it as. The capital of the state of West Bengal, Kolkata is the third most populous metropolitan area in India and a reservoir of large number of skilled professionals. Kolkata chapter has been one of the major strength-areas of Fusion-CMG. Currently, more than 700 employees work in the two centers of Kolkata operation.

Philippines Office

The Philippines operation is based at the City of Pasig. It is one of the cities that, along with some others, constitute Metro Manila. Once a capital of Rizal province, Pasig City is currently known as one of the emerging industrial and commercial hubs of the country. Around 160 employees are currently working here.
