Head Office:
Our head office is in Montréal, Canada. It was established in 1999 and is a privately held company. The Montréal location has 250 work stations and over 400 employees working. Montréal has a population of about 3 million people and has a very diverse culture. We are able to manage programs both for Inbound and Outbound purposes in English, French and Spanish as well as a variety of other languages.

In addition to our Montréal location, CMG has two locations to offer Offshore solutions (at reduced rates)
Coimbatore, India
The first site is located in Coimbatore, India. A city south of Bangalore; where many call centers have offices. The advantage of this site is that it offers the same education levels and skilled labor as a larger city like Bangalore but with much less competition for staff. This site offers 500 seats and over 1000 employees who call into Canada, U.S., U.K., Japan and Australia.
Port-Louis, Mauritius
The second is located in Port-Louis, Mauritius. Mauritius is located in the India Ocean, near Madagascar in Africa. The advantage of Mauritius is that it was a former French and then British colony and as such the population is fully bilingual and highly educated. Mauritius allows for English calling but it’s main strength is as a French Offshore partner.
CMG’s Offshore Solutions
CMG recognized the need certain clients had in wanting to explore reduced labor rates Offshore. However, as an established company in the industry for many years, CMG also understood the hesitation clients had or may have to sending their client data to another country that may not have the same stringent data security regulations that exist in Canada.
In order to address this concern, CMG has setup it’s Offshore operations quite differently than most of it’s competitors.
- ALL data received by our clients is kept and managed from the Montréal office regardless of where the reps are (whether in Montréal or Offshore)
- ALL reporting and data management is handled from and by the Montréal team
- Offshore sites are exclusively used for their personnel but in essence the staff are an extension of our Montréal operations
- There is the ability to run programs simultaneously between our Montréal and Offshore offices
- Insurance Sales and other programs that require a third party verification process can be dialed Offshore and the call then transferred to Montréal for verification
- CMG has in place both a Director of Client Services based in Canada who handles all Offshore account management
CMG also has in place a Regional Director who resides in India and travels between the two sites We believe we can offer our clients the savings of using an offshore center (because of lower labor costs) but with the same level of security, reporting and account management that we offer when using our Montréal location.
